Returns Policy

Please choose carefully as Metforce PTY LTD WILL NOT provide a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Metforce PTY LTD will only accept product returns and provide you with an credit, refund or repair where:

• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
• The product does not match the sample or our description; AND

You can present your Metforce PTY LTD register receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Metforce PTY LTD may elect to return the product to the manufacturer's repair agent to determine the nature of the problem. Metforce PTY LTD reserves the right not to offer an credit, refund or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

Can I cancel my order?

An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is despatched. We pride ourselves in despatching orders promptly, so to cancel you must contact us immediately using our Contact form before the goods have left our control.

You will receive an email advising you that your order has been despatched. After that point you will need to accept delivery and then return the order to us in accordance with our Refunds and Returns Policy above.
